This week has taken a huge blow at my self-esteem. I feel like I'm doing horribly at everything I try.

On the other hand, the head of my department just complimented my outfit.

    I feel like we had the exact same week in terms of mood :c Except instead of the head of the department complimenting my outfit, I met my mentor (who publishes books) and promptly fell in love with her, because she's amazing. She told me to consider her as a second mum and stuff.
